Own a Piece of the Empire
The team behind a profitable, $10.3M specialty automotive platform — custom builds, white-glove consignment, and a proprietary auction marketplace.
Built. Proven. Ready to Scale.
Not a concept — a working machine with a decade of momentum, now on a public-company chassis.
A Profitable Operator
Closed 2025 with $10.3M gross revenue and a net profit — while self-funding its own proprietary auction platform.
A Market Stuck in the Past
Specialty automotive still runs on 20%+ fees and handshakes (McKinsey sizing). That gap is the opening.
Public, With a Plan
Newport Gold's premier portfolio company — a 24-month roadmap targeting a national exchange uplist.
Massive — and Poised for Disruption
The Market
- Classic, exotic and specialty vehicles
- $100B+ worldwide
- McKinsey
The Demand
- Strong in physical & digital
- Still run on legacy processes
- Buyers want trust & reach
The Gap
- Low efficiency and reach
- Little transparency
- Built for scalable disruption
The Capture
- NFI’s hybrid model
- Physical trust
- Digital reach
The Old Way Takes 20%+ and Gives Less
Legacy auction houses on one side, trust-poor listings on the other. Both leave money on the table.
The Legacy Model
- ✕20%+ combined fees on high-value sales
- ✕Non-refundable charges — sold or not

The NFI Empire Way
- ✓White-glove hybrid — physical trust, digital reach
- ✓In-house inspection & reconditioning
- ✓Better economics for buyers and sellers
- ✓Content-driven demand — media as an asset
- ✓Asset-light scale — no heavy capital

One Campus, One Platform
The Empire Rides Distinction
NFI Empire operates from three properties within walking distance of each other on West Main Road outside North East, Pennsylvania — sales, builds and brand, side by side.
The Clubhouse
10120 W Main Rd
The original North East sales and custom-build location.
Custom Build & Services Facility
10093 W Main Rd
Houses the build and restoration teams.
Sales & Technical Development Facility
10215 W Main Rd
Secured in April 2026 to house the business development, marketing, digital and technical development teams. Left: the property as acquired. Right: a concept rendering of the completed NFI Empire renovation.
The rendering illustrates the planned renovation — NFI Empire signage, black-and-red facade, resurfaced lot and a working showroom — and is a concept, not a photograph. Final design and finishes will be determined during the renovation.
The Numbers Do the Talking
Real financial performance — before the digital engines even come online.
Figures per Newport Gold, Inc. public disclosures: FY2025 per the shareholder communication dated April 30, 2026; H1 2026 per the report for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Year-over-year comparisons reflect NFI Empire operations. Full disclosures at NewportGoldInvest.com.
Only the Best
Come to NFI
When two-time Super Bowl champion and Pittsburgh Steelers legend James Harrison decided to sell his 860-horsepower Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG V12 Brabus, he didn’t list it online. He brought it to North East, Pennsylvania and consigned it with NFI Empire — for the inspection, the media and the buyers that come with the brand.
Profitable. Growing. Public.

The Build That Made History
All-Time Record Sale · 1932 Ford Roadster
A ground-up 1932 Ford Roadster — the quintessential American hot rod — built in-house and sent across the block at Luke Bryan's home outside Nashville to benefit the Brett Boyer Foundation's fight against congenital heart disease.
The hammer fell at $365,000, the highest-grossing lot in the foundation's history. Before the night was over a second bidder had committed to an identical build — two Roadsters and more than $720,000 in a single evening. Proof the model works: the build is the content, the content builds the audience, and the audience bids.
Then We Broke the Record
All-Time Record Sale · 1978 Ford Bronco
A 1978 Ford Bronco Ranger XLT, rebuilt frame-up in 60 days around a Ford Performance 7.3L “Godzilla” V8 and 10-speed automatic, a BDS 4″ lift on Fox shocks, PPG paint laid down in-house and an interior hand-stitched by NFI's own trimmer.
Built alongside more than a dozen industry partners and auctioned for the same cause the following year, the Bronco hammered at $500,000 — a new record for the event.
Project REBORN
Target · $700,000 · 1979 Chevrolet K30 · October 2026
The charity builds become a series. Each Project REBORN vehicle carries its own serial number, and partners rally behind the mission rather than a single company — a platform built to grow year over year.
REBORN-001 is a 1979 Chevrolet K30 square-body crew-cab dually, taken from bare frame to the auction block and filmed at every stage for YouTube and social. It crosses the block this October at the Red Bird Games, the Brett Boyer Foundation's signature event hosted by Luke and Caroline Bryan in Franklin, Tennessee. The target: $700,000.

A Wish, Built In-House
NFI Empire and Make-A-Wish teamed up to give one young man's Jeep Wrangler a complete makeover. He asked for new wheels, tires and a great sound system — the shop had a few more tricks up its sleeve.
The interior came out and went back in new: flooring, seats and a full sound system, plus window tint, a winch, a lighting package and flared fenders. The same fabricators, trimmers and installers who build customer cars — pointed at a wish.
The Series
Is Coming
Produced with Rabbit Foot Media, an original garage show filmed on NFI’s own shop floor — where the builds become the content and the content becomes demand.
Be There When REBORN-001 Crosses the Block
Two builds. Two all-time records. $865,000 raised. The next one is aiming at $700,000 this October — and the list hears about the build, the auction night and the offering first.
