Who we are

NFI Empire buys, sells, consigns, services and restores classic and collector cars from 10093 W Main St, North East, PA 16428. You can reach us any time at 814-746-4213 or through the contact page. This policy covers our website, nfiempire.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us and the minimum about how your visit reached us:

• Details you send through our forms — your name, email, phone number, and anything about your car or request when you ask about consignment, a vehicle, service, financing or anything else.
• Account details if you create one — your email address and a password. The password is handled by our sign-in provider (Google Firebase); we never see or store it ourselves.
• How your visit reached us — if you arrive from an ad or link, we note the campaign tags on that link (like utm_source or a click ID), the referring site, the page you landed on and when. This is captured once per visit so we know which marketing works.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. The site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. We don't collect anything from your device beyond what this page describes.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to respond to you and to do the thing you asked for: value and consign your car, answer a question about a vehicle, book service or restoration work, or arrange financing. If you ask us about financing, we share what's needed with lenders to get you an answer. We use visit-source information to understand which of our marketing brings people in.

We may contact you back by phone, text or email using the details you provided. We won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Where your information lives

Form submissions and accounts are stored with Google Firebase, our hosting and database provider, in the United States. Access is limited to NFI Empire staff who need it to handle your request. We keep submissions for as long as they're useful for serving you and for our records, and we delete them on request.

Cookies & browser storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few things locally so the site works well:

• Your light/dark theme choice.
• Your sign-in session, if you have an account.
• A copy of a form you submitted, briefly, so nothing is lost if your connection drops.
• The visit-source details described above, for the length of your visit.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — call 814-746-4213 or use the contact page and we'll take care of it. If you have an account, you can change your password any time from your account page.

Children

The site is for people shopping for and selling cars; it isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be called out, not buried.
