One truck. Built live.
Auctioned for the cause.

Project REBORN-001 is a 1979 Chevrolet K30 — a square-body crew cab long-bed dually with a modern Duramax, getting the full NFI Empire treatment from bare frame to the auction block.

Every stage is captured and published as it happens: the teardown, the fabrication, the drivetrain, the paint. Followers ride along for the whole thing under #NFIEmpireBuilds and #NFIEmpireGivesBack.

REBORN-001 debuts and crosses the block at the Red Bird Games — the Brett Boyer Foundation’s signature event, hosted by Luke and Caroline Bryan in Franklin, Tennessee.

02 · The Cause

The Brett Boyer
Foundation

Founded in 2017 in memory of Sadie Brett Boyer, who was born with Down syndrome and a congenital heart defect and lived only seven months. CHD is the most common birth defect in the United States — and its research remains underfunded. The foundation funds that research, supports affected families and celebrates the Down syndrome community.

Changing the medical
landscape for CHD

The foundation has assembled the country’s most skilled team of surgeons and research labs, built a research repository used around the globe, and directly funded the world’s first partial heart transplant. More than 70 of those surgeries have been completed this year.
